ÉCRIN

For installers

ÉCRIN is installed like an electrical distribution board: by a professional. Écrin Studio, commissioning and follow-up, so that you can hand your clients a finished home.

Écrin Studio

The installer’s graphical configurator, in the browser. Floors and rooms are drawn as you add them, and every setting has its place.

One setting, one place

Nine sections organised by type, a search, and light or dark mode.

The house, drawn

Floors and rooms draw themselves. Tap a room to open its devices.

Add and discover

A single tap searches the network for Shelly modules, cameras, TVs, Apple TVs, Daikin air conditioners and Enphase inverters.

  • The bus monitorThe KNX bus live, telegram by telegram.
  • Prepared at the officeYou design the installation before it is fitted, the Écrin keeps your draft, and you apply it on site.
  • Remotely, with the client’s consentThe Studio connects to the Écrin on the site network, or remotely once the owner has granted you access.

Taking over an installation

A house that is already wired is not a blank page. The Studio takes over what exists.

Taking over a Domovea system

Devices and their rooms, automations and consumption history, taken over from the backup.

The ETS project

The .knxproj project opens in the Studio, addresses and names included.

Cameras in one click

A recorder’s cameras join the Écrin in a single step.

Commissioning

The sequence of work on site, worked out as soon as you open it: each step, its status, and the page where it is done.

  • Commissioning and return to the workshopAn Écrin installs itself, is handed over to a client, and starts afresh when it changes hands.
  • The draft, keptThe Écrin keeps your draft. Nothing is lost between two visits.
  • People prepared from the StudioYou prepare the people and profiles of the house. The owner is notified of every person added or removed.
  • Your access, in the client’s handsAt handover, the owner gives you access for 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days or with no time limit, or none at all.

After handover

An ÉCRIN home does not grow old alone in its distribution board. It improves, and it is backed up.

  • Updates arrive automaticallyEvery improvement goes out to all homes. If the Écrin does not restart, it automatically reverts to the previous version.
  • The nightly backupThe home’s configuration is backed up, encrypted, and stored in three copies.
  • The demonstration villaIn the app, with no account, a complete villa to show your clients around.
  • Step-by-step guidesFrom commissioning to OCPP EV chargers.
