A rented villa, each person on their own dates
Every stay has its dates, every contractor their hours. The Écrin opens and closes access by itself.
Stays timed to the minute
Arrival on Saturday at 4 pm, departure the following Saturday at 10 am. Access opens and closes to the minute, and the departure time holds even if the internet is down.
The concierge service
A property manager adds and removes guests and staff, without ever being able to grant more than they hold.
The cleaner, on set hours
Lights, shutters, sockets and gate, on the days and at the times of their visits. No cameras, no alarm.
Devices excluded one by one
The guest has the whole home except the wine cellar; the cleaner, everything except the study.
Wi-Fi that requires the app
Your installer can require the app on the home’s Wi-Fi: being on the Wi-Fi is no longer enough to control the home. This is the recommended setting for rentals.
Privacy for the guest
The Guest profile has no camera access in the app. With Wi-Fi that requires the app, they have no access anywhere else either.
Concierge services and property managers
Several homes, stays in quick succession. The owner gives their concierge service the Property manager profile; it adds the guests for each home, with their dates, their door code and their Wi-Fi code.
- One screen per stayFirst name, email, arrival and departure. The codes are created automatically and go out in a ready-made message.
- Notified of every arrivalAlong with the owner, the first time the keypad is used.
- Never more than it hasIt adds and removes guests and staff, without ever touching the family’s access.
The owner sees it all, from afar
Who came in, at what time, with which code. What needs attention. What the home has consumed.
- A log with first namesThe gate, the locks and the alarm, when opened from the app, are written to the log with the first name of whoever did it.
- Codes have a nameEach keypad code is named once. The notification says who opened it.
- The alert bannerA leak or a fault appears at the top of the Home screen, until someone says ‘Seen’.
- Real energy figuresWhat the pool, the air conditioning or the EV charger costs, per day, per month, per year.
Several homes, one account
Each villa has its Écrin. The app brings them together, and each person only has access to the homes they have been given.
Each villa’s tablet
An iPad that stays in the home, with no email or account, added with a six-character code. You arrange its Home screen for your guests.
Apple TV, a screen for the house
Scenes, cameras or energy on the living-room TV, with standby at the times you choose.
Updates arrive automatically
Every improvement goes out to every home, with no appointment needed.
